[Trending Now] LTO Employee Who Makes People Wait In Line for Four Hours Caught On Cam

Here in the Philippines, Filipinos are used to waiting in long lines, especially in government offices. It is the main reason why there are those who employ illegal fixers to hasten the process.

There could be a lot of factors that might cause long wait, such as the large number of signatories, or the department head is out for a meeting. However, sometimes there are those who are just too lazy to work. 

This video captured a government employee working for the LTO who deliberately made people wait in line outside for four hours, while he was doing nothing. 

The person who took the video shared it on Facebook to warn everyone regarding this ongoing culture of inefficiency in government offices. He also challenged the current administration to do something about this ongoing issue.
