A viral photo of a father who was just watching while his daughters were eating in Jollibee circulated on social media yesterday. Channel Sarajan, a property consultant, who happened to visit the fast food chain saw him and took a photo of the moment. 

“I can’t contain my emotion when I saw them in Jollibee. Walang kinakain si kuya, mapakain lang ang kanyang mga anak,” said Sarajan on his Facebook post. 

After it was posted just yesterday, the post already earned more than 104,000 likes and 58,097 shares. 

“This is a photograph of a father’s love. A depiction of genuine selflessness,” Jhunnel added on his post.

On a separate Facebook post, Jhunnel gave some details about Tatay Ryan, the selfless father he saw in Jollibee, and how netizens can help him. He used the tagline, “LET US CONVERT OUR COMPASSION INTO ACTION,” to gain more attention and help from netizens.

In the post, he mentioned that Tatay Ryan, a 38-year old father, had a mild stroke and was left by his spouse. Every Sunday, he feeds his two daughters in Jollibee after going to church using money from his small income as a street vendor.

He then treated the family to a meal, an act of charity which he posted on Facebook.

Jhunnel mentioned in his post that Tatay Ryan needs educational assistance, livelihood assistance, and Medical Assistance to help him have a therapy again after his mild stroke.

Many netizens already expressed their willingness to help this selfless father after Jhunnel posted the details of how they can extend their hands to Tatay Ryan.
