[Trending Now] Netizens Got Angry With This Boy Who Took A Selfie Photo While A Building Behind Him Was Burning! You Have To See This!

A netizen’s Facebook post featuring what could be the most inappropriate time to take a photo ever has gone viral.

Netizen John Da Virgen, posted 5 photos of himself posing casually on an overpass bridge as fires raged across a building and a few trees along Narra Road.

The photo was presumably taken in Butuan City.

The post has already received over 7,100 reactions, 7,850 shares and 3,500 comments on Facebook as of this writing.

Virgen even posted two videos of the fire which was consuming buildings and scorching the land behind him.

Netizens were split over the subject matter of the post. 

Some commented that the pictures were hilarious. Others thought it was inappropriate for Virgen to be making light of the tragic events of that day. They were especially mad about seeing 'John Da Virgen' having fun rather than helping out as the tragedy was unfolding.

This sort of thing just speaks volumes about the state of our society. Hopefully, no one was hurt during the fire and our hearts go out to those affected by these tragic events.
