[Trending Now] MUST SEE: Lucky Teen Attends Her Prom in Miss Bulgaria's Evening Gown!

Miss Bulgaria 2016, Violina Ancheva, once again won the hearts of the Filipinos after posting an update on her social media accounts about Zyra Nicole Cifra, who was the lucky recipient of her gown.

Ancheva personally chose the lucky fan that would receive the gown she used in the opening ceremonies of the preliminary rounds of 65th Miss Universe. It was a navy blue two-piece top and tulle skirt which was designed by the American fashion designer Sherri Hill. 

Accoring to her, she wanted a to give the gown to a "girl in need that can't buy a dress for her prom next month." She then asked interested fans to send her a personal message for a chance to receive the gown.

After a couple of days she announced that Zyra would receive the gown. The long-awaited prom of the Filipina teen finally arrived and Ancheva couldn't help but be happy that Cifra is wearing her gown. She posted a photo of herself wearing the gown alongside Zyra's photo.

She captioned it with:

"Today is a big day for me! It's Zhyra's (sic) [sic] prom - the beautiful filipina that was chosen to wear the dress I was wearing on Miss Universe pageant ! I am so excited! Good luck, Zhyra! Bulgaria loves Philippines,"

Ancheva previously said how she wanted the next owner of the gown to be happy and feel beautiful in it. She seems to have succeeded. Zyra posed with a big smile on her face. Her mother, Issay Gallano, felt completely overjoyed to see the big smile on her daughter's face.  She expressed her joy in an interview and said, "Sobrang swerte na ako napili niya,"

The photo has garnered over 13 thousand reactions with most of the comments noting how The Philippines loves Miss Bulgaria's generosity. One commented: “You're not only beautiful Violina but you also have a good heart. Much love form the Philippines! God bless you always!"
