[Trending Now] 76-Year-Old Mom Kept Her Mentally-Ill Son In A Barn For 20 Years! The Reason Will Definitely Bring You to Tears!

Xiao Anrong, a 76-year-old mother from the Chongqing Province in China, decided to lock her own mentally-ill son in a barn for 20 years. This may seem cruel and unusual but Xiao did it out of necessity. 

Xiao’s son, Tang Zuhua, is already 40 years old but his mental illness prevents him from living a normal life. Xiao had to lock him in a barn for his own safety.  She had to restrain him with chains to prevent her son’s tantrums and self-harm. 

Unfortunately, Xiao was left with no choice. She does not have enough money to take her son to a professional who can help with his condition. She also can't afford to rent a bigger apartment for them. She doesn't even have enough money to provide him a comfortable bed. 

All Xiao can do is stare at her own son while madness overtakes his existence.

What Xiao fears the most is the fact that she is already quite old. The day will eventually come when she has no choice but to pass away leaving behind her precious son. She is terrified of the realization that nobody will take care of her son once she dies.
