While many of us rant about the traffic and our everyday commuting struggles, this man has all the reasons to rant but still works hard for a living. Uncle Loke, is blind but he braves the everyday heat of the sun or heavy rains just to earn money for himself.

While many disabled person go to the streets to ask for alms, Uncle Loke navigates the streets alone to sell magazines. It was netizen Sherena Lee who shared her encounter with this inspiring old man. She and her friend were amazed at his dedication and hardwork despite his condition. They bought him food but he refused it at first saying that he wasn't hungry. But minutes after Lee and her friend left, Uncle Loke ate the food quickly. 

He was hungry, needy but he strives to be tough and independent. Lee shares the story to inspire other people to persevere even when faced with many challenges, like how Uncle Loke did.
