People in this era always wanted to share everything in their lives from every adventure they experienced during a travel, sexy pictures on their vacation to simple waking up in the morning. It's indeed a "selfie" and "groupie" generation. 

Most social media posts are about happy moments of couples and of course, sometimes their arguments.  There are couples who really love to post on their social media accounts, while some couples choose to keep their couple-issues private. Why? Here are some of the reasons why some couple choose not to update every detail of their relationship in social media:

According to a study, people who always use social media are more likely to become depressed because they are always comparing themselves to the lives of other people. Sometimes, girlfriends or boyfriends might get insecure about the other couple according to what they see posted in social media. We need to accept the fact that not all people will like our love story.

Social media can either give couples good impressions or bad comments that can affect one's relationship. Posting pictures together during happy moments are okay, but when serious issues are involved, it is better to keep them private.
