[Trending Now] Estrada Blasts De Lima: 'Wag Kang Magmalinis, Sino Ka Para Akusahan Ang Presidente?'

Former Senator Jinggoy Estrada denounced Senator Leila De Lima after she called President Duterte the “lowest vilest creature,” not only in the Philippines but also in the whole world.

Accoding to PEP, Estrada told De Lima that she should look at herself in the mirror to see for herself who the “lowest and vilest creature” is.

Estrada said in his statement, “Senador Leila De Lima, how dare you accuse the President! Before you accuse the President, why don’t you look at the mirror and see for yourself who between you and the president is the lowest and vilest person in our country? [Senadora Leila De Lima, sino ka para akusahan ang presidente na! Bago mo akusahan ang pangulo, bakit hindi ka humarap sa salamin para makita mo mismo kung sino sa inyo ng pangulo ang lowest and vilest person sa bansa].”

He also raised four questions to Senator De Lima:

1. Bilang Sec. Of Justice, bakit ka madalas dumalaw sa Muntinlupa at bakit lagi mong kausap ang mga convicted drug lords? (As the Sec. of Justice, why does she often visit Muntinlupa and why is she always talking to the convicted drug lords?) 

2. Ano ang ginagawa mo sa loob ng kubol ni Jaybee Sebastian ng 3 oras? (What are you doing in Jaybee Sebastian’s shed for 3 hours?) 

3. 7 testigo ang lumantad sa Kamara upang idetalye ang pagkakasangkot mo at iyong driver- lover sa droga. Sinabi din ng ibang testigo na sila ay nagbigay ng pera sa driver-lover mo at ibinigay sa iyo. Ang tanong - Hindi ka ba nakokonsyensya sa ating bayan sapagka't hinimok mo sila sa pagbenta ng mga illegal na droga para lang matustusan ang pagbigay sa iyo ng quota (tara)? (7 witnesses testified that your driver and you got money from illegal drugs. The question is, do you feel any conscience in what you have done whereas you urged them to sell illegal drugs just to attain the quota?)

4. Magkano lahat ang nalikom mo nung nakaraang kampanya na galing sa illegal source at magkano ang ginastos mo? (How much funds have you gathered for your campaign that came from illegal drugs and how much did you spend?)

However, Estrada also said that he has still many questions for Senator De Lima but he will just reserve them another day.

Meanwhile, Senator De Lima said that she is having a hard time in her situation right now. She described herself as a dead person walking as she does not know what will be the consequences of her present struggle.

She was also asking the court for help to make sure that her rights will continue to be protected, claiming that the Duterte Administration violated them.

She also mentioned that she is deeply saddened and hurt as a senator.

De Lima complained, “Bukas hindi ko na alam kung ano na naman ang susunod na mangyayari. Bukas hindi ko na alam kung andito pa rin ako. I feel I am a dead woman walking.”
