We've seen a lot of cases of children being hit by public and private vehicles, but then everything still sums up in the end that the law always blame the drivers.
But then, this video will prove to you that it's not always the driver's fault.
In this CCTV camera, you can clearly see a jeepney that's slowly moving in the streets when these children suddenly starts running.
The kid was hit by the jeepney and was even run over. The driver immediately stopped and brought the kid inside his jeepney and went straight to the hospital for the kid to receive medical treatments.
This video proves that cases like this isn't always the driver's fault. Sometimes, the parents are the ones to be blamed!
