If we don’t take our smartphones to the bathroom, sitting there becomes quite boring. Unless you’re visiting this one! Gyva Grafika, a creative design and decor studio from Lithuania, has perfectly upgraded the walls of an old toilet, bringing the outside to the inside.

They printed photos of a neighborhood in Kaunas they grew up in and glued them to the tiles inside a restaurant bathroom. “Lithuania neglects its public spaces,” Gyva Grafika told Bored Panda. “A lot of people live in the cleanest apartments but once they step outside the situation changes completely. Stairwells, yards, and other public spaces are often abandoned and ignored. For this project, we have decided to balance these daily surroundings and introduced the outside to the inside.” Thus, the “WC for architects” was born.
