Depending on what you’re rating them by, what qualifies as a charity (vs. a non-profit – there is a difference) and what sort of scandal said charity may have encountered (overpaid CEOs, far too much private spending, etc.) Thanks to the information age and sources that are credible enough to avoid being “fake news,” there are a few criteria that we can use to rise above the dialog.
