The Ukrainian architect-turned-baker employs the skills she acquired from her previous job, including mathematics, algorithms, and complex diagramming techniques, to create delicacies that look so good that you won’t know whether to eat them or gaze at them in wonder. “I want to make something interesting and fresh, experimenting with new creative ideas,” she writes on her Instagram, where she has over 430k fascinated followers. And as you can see from her phenomenal work below, she’s certainly doing just that.
