[Trending Now] VP Leni Robredo's Eldest Daughter Aika Admitted To Harvard, Oxford

While a huge rally is currently simmering in Luneta calling for her resignation, VP Leni Robredo shared on Facebook her pride for her daughter Aika Robredo after she managed to gain entry into the Master's programs of Harvard and Oxford. 

She posted her message with a photo of Aika with the late Jesse Robredo. She also included some photos of the admission letters from Harvard and Oxford. The two universities are considered as two of the top universities in the world.

Robredo wrote in her caption: 

“Her Father’s Daughter. Please allow me to be a proud parent again. Received a little bit of good news one after another. Aika got accepted for the Masters Degree programs she was applying for at both Harvard and Oxford, her two top choices. While nothing is definite yet as she is still waiting for the approval of her scholarship applications, these came just at the right time.”

She said that this incident is "another lesson in faith."  

29-year-old Aika is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University. She first joined the then Department of Transportation and Communications, after which she worked as an executive assistant at the Office of Civil Defense.
