Chantal Caranza Ramos was the type of college student who loved to go on different 'gimiks.'
She upped her gimik game when she was permitted to live independently in a dormitory. Surprisingly, she didn't have a hard time juggling her personal life and her studies.
Back in elementary and high school, Chantal was consistently at the top of her class. As an only child, she's used to getting what she wants. However, her parents' expectations for her were quite high. She had worked hard in school so as not to disappoint her parents.
When she went to college, things changed for her.
She applied for an academic scholarship. When she got it, it became difficult for her to go back and forth from San Pedro, Laguna to Parañaque everyday. To avoid the arduous commute, her parents permitted her to live in a dormitory.
When she started living independently, she learned that there was another life beyond studying. She started going out to bars and clubs with friends.
Contrary to the typical party girl lifestyle, this was not a hindrance for Chantal to maintain her scholarship. She still prioritized school but went out with friends to celebrate her achievements.
