Julia Montes is hailed as ABS-CBN’s Drama Princess because of her acting prowess. She gained acclaim for her appearance in ‘Walang Hanggan,’ a romantic drama she starred in alongside Coco Martin, Dawn Zulueta, Richard Gomez, and Paulo Avelino. 

She has won several awards like the Gawad Tanglaw Award for Best Actress, the Princess of Philippine Television Award, four FMTM Awards for ‘Walang Hanggan’ and a TV Series Craze Award for ‘Doble Kara.’ 

Her first dual role in ‘Doble Kara’ was highly acclaimed by critics, including Rocky Chua of TV Series Craze. 

"Julia can effectively portray both the bida and the kontrabida roles which makes the story of Doble Kara more interesting and exciting.” Chua stated.

“It even leads in the afternoon teleserye lineup of the Kapamilya network. And yes, the story of it is unpredictable!" He added.

She has been described as one of the “most talented actresses in her generation” and has appeared in both mainstream and independent productions, including the romance/horror film ‘Halik sa Hangin’ with Gerald Anderson.

Numerous men have been linked to her as well, such as Enchong Dee, Paulo Avelino, Anjo Damiles, and Coco Martin. 

Although she has not officially dated anyone in the showbiz industry, Julia has been known to be especially fond of Coco, who she met when they worked together in ‘Walang Hanggan.’ 

Both have shown interest towards each other and the actress has mentioned to ABS-CBN News that: "Super close kami talaga. Saka ano, siguro, sa kanya ako mas kumportable.” 

Even though Julia is reportedly single, a video on YouTube has gone viral which showed the actress gesturing to her tummy. It was uploaded by the account 'Paparazzi Pinoy Showbiz.'

Julia exclaimed: “Ano na ‘to, two months… para ‘pag lumaki, makikita mo ‘yung development.”
