Since the genre became popular in the Philippines, reality TV shows have become the ticket to fame for many stars in the showbiz industry. 

And for a program with a huge following like Pinoy Big Brother, people have come to expect that these ordinary individuals will get that much sought-after 'break' one way or another.

While not many of them can claim to have compelling acting skills, there is one PBB housemate who might actually have what it takes to be the next teen drama queen! 

During the filming of a special drama acting challenge, housemate Maymay Entrata owned the set with her moving performance. Her superb skills were noticed by no less than veteran film director Rory B. Quintos.

In this behind-the-scenes footage, Direk Rory discovered that Maymay needed little motivation to stand out in a dramatic sequence. 

The director need only ask Maymay what makes her sad. When she answered, the tears began flowing non-stop from the teen's eyes.

Last year, Maymay's grandfather passed away while she was inside the PBB house. According to her, her lolo was the sole reason why she auditioned for the reality TV show, pointing out that she would pay for his medications should she wins.

The unfortunate news broke the teen's usually comic and lively character prompting the PBB executives to make an exception and let her out of the house temporarily.

Ever since the season started, Maymay remains to be the crowd favorite to win the reality show because of her natural wit and effortless charm. 

And if ever she does, this footage would just be one of the many instances why  she deserves the fame she enjoys today.
