[Trending Now] Jessy Receives Backlash After 'Copying' Angel's IG Photos. Check out the Uncanny Resemblance!

Two days ago, Kapamilya actress Jessy Mendiola posted a photo on her Instagram account it was of herself clad in black one-piece swimsuit while swimming in a pool.

Although the shot was beautiful, it left many netizens wondering why it looked familiar. Apparently, many saw the resemblance to a photo of Angel swimming in Batangas about four weeks ago. 

"I saw a similar concept from the other girl. yours is way better than hers. I am not bashing her but i find it really silly. I pity her for being so jealous of you. That's what happened when the ex is way better than you.?? keep on shining ms angel!" netizen Kimkimayong commented on Angel's Instagram photo.

"Ano ba yan jessy,,yung totoo?? Haha gaya gaya lang tlga kay angel?wahahahaha nakakatawa naman ?????? next time pag magpopost ka wag yung mashadong halata. Pakiminimize yung pagiging insecure. Wag mo na din icheck ng icheck yung post ni angel, para magkaron ka ng originality. Wahahaha ayusin mo girl. Ano dedelete mo to no? Try mo delete," a certain karestee commented on Jessy's photo.

That was not the only photo that had people puzzled. Three days ago, Jessy also posted a throwback photo of her short hair.

Similarly, Angel had her cut short after a botched hair treatment that apparently ruined her hair.

"PUTA KA NAGTRENDING LANG SI ANGEL SA SHORT HAIR NYA KASI SOBRANG GANDA NYA TAPOS IKAW LAGING PAPANSIN? HAHHAAHAH GAGO KUKU KALANG NI ANGEL SA PAA MASYADO KANG FEELING," netizen akbarromecho harshly commented.

However, fans of Jessy came to her defense saying people should stop looking too much into things.

"Throwback photo nga eh. Siguro lumabas sa timeline nya years back. Grabe makapag comment yung iba ng nega. Hindi makapag move on. Hahahahaha. Daming nyong hanash sa buhay, lahat ng post ni jessy, kayo binibigyan nyo nag negative comments. Love love na lang. Si angel may tamang tao para sa kanya kung hindi sila nag end up together ni luis hindi naman siguro din deserve ni jessy lahat ng mga salitang binibigay nyo. The controversy among the two started after Angel's breakup with former boyfriend Luis Manzano. Although Angel did not directly confirm the third party speculations, many already assumed as much due to her failure to deny it as well. Jessy then became Luis' girlfriend, further adding fuel to the controversy.
