Long time rumored couple Erik Santos and Angeline Quinto faced some issues after Angeline was said to be in a relationship with somebody else. Santos and Quinto had been dating for a while but kept denying that they were official. But Erik immediately cleared the issue regarding other parties saying: “Tsismis lang po 'yun. Hindi ko kailangan magtanong kasi alam ko naman ang nangyayari sa kanya. Hindi totoo.”

He also added that his relationship with the singer remains the same. “Okay naman po, masaya kami.” Fans continue to speculate about their relationship as Santos recently posted a picture of them greeting Quinto on his birthday saying: "Sa aking partner sa napakaraming bagay, sa concert, sa recording pati na rin sa actingan, isang maligayang pagbati sa iyong kaarawan. Hangad ko ang lubos na kaligayahan at patuloy na pagbuhos ng biyaya para sa iyo at sa iyong pamilya. I love you"

Meanwhile, Santos remains grateful for the projects he had this year and is excited for more next year. “The past year was my busiest kasi nagkaroon kami ng concert with Regine, Martin and Angeline. Then after that, naging mentor ako sa ‘We Love OPM’ and then naging hurado po ako sa 'Tawag ng Tanghalan' until now. I had shows here and abroad. I am just so grateful,” he said.
