[Trending Now] Wife Finds Hope After Progress In Husband's Health Who Is Suffering From Brain Cancer

We always heard wedding vows saying "in health and in sickness".  It is hard to see the person we love suffer from illness we are never sure they can overcome. It's hard to be strong for them. But it is love that binds the couple in every struggle, and as the cliche goes, love conquers all.

Last June, GMA show 'Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho' shared the story of a real life couple a difficult situation, the story of Junbert and Rochelle. Rochelle was shown singing worship songs while taking care of her ill husband in a video that went viral online.

They said that after the show aired their story, help came from many people unexpectedly. The help they received were used for Junbert's medication of Junbert in Manila.

However, until this September, miracle happened in their lives. Junbert started to have progress with regards to his health. He eventually move his hand. After few days, he was able to move his feet until he was able to talk.

For almost 3 months of Junbert's battle against brain cancer, this progress gave hope to their family, most specially to his wife Rochelle.

“Wala akong sinisisi, walang may kasalanan nito. Ngunit minsan napapaisip ako na inabuso ng mister ko yung katawan niya para sa amin ng mga anak niya.” Rochelle said.

“Yung unang-unang word na nabanggit niya ay ‘Salamat’,” Rochelle said happily.  It seems like she's full of hope that the day will come when her husband will fully recover.

Although the tumor inside Jubert's head continues to grow, they still attend church and believe that God will heal all of his pains and illnes.

The doctor even said that even if Jubert can now speak, his body is still weak but Rochelle and their family still hopes and believe that Junbert will surpass this obstacle.
