Netizens, especially the Duterte supporters, are angry because of a picture in a newspaper. In the photo, the original title was:“TOUGH GUY PRESIDENT TURNING PHILIPPINES INTO BLOODBATH”. However, the caption read “The Killer In Manila."

This post got several reactions from the netizens. Some were furious although some also agreed with the depiction.
