ABS-CBN’s Journalist and Reporter, Anthony Taberna also known as Ka Tonying denied being the athor of a viral post going on social media opposing President Duterte through a fake account named after him. He said in his official account that he voted for Duterte last elections.
He recognized the achievements done by the current administration. However, unlike other Duterte supporters, he is not blinded of the improper gestures of Duterte, making an emphasis on his choice of words. He also said that a president should act like a high ranking official of the whole nation, not as a Brgy. Captain or thug.
He also gave stress in his post that he and the millions of Filipino have the right to reprimand Duterte, not only the Yellow Supporters but also other former officials.
