[Trending Now] Angry Robin Padilla On Dick Israel’s Passing: I Failed To Give Him Medical Marijuana Because It Is Still Illegal

Actor Robin Padilla mourned for the passing of his good friend, Dick Israel. Robin said that he failed on giving what Israel is asking from him as he said that medical marijuana is prohibited in the Philippines.

Padilla shared Dick Israel’s story on how he passed away. Saying:
