[Trending Now] 'Pray for Davao Instead' Says Netizens; Slammed Others Who Mocks the 'Safest City'. LOOK HERE!

"#PrayforDavao". This has been the shout of many people upon those who mock Davao City who were bombed just recently. Friday night, a huge explosion happened in the night market of the city, the hometown of the President, Rodrigo Duterte. It killed 10 people on the spot, while 4 others died upon arrival at the hospitals. But not just that, 67 were confirmed to be injured. 

As the administration waged an all-out war with the notorious terrorists Abu Sayyaf Group, this bombing was totally unforeseen. Abu Rami, ASG Spokesperson claimed the responsibility for the said bombing, and said that the attack was a "call for unity to all mujaheddin in the country" against the government's full force in Sulu. 

Despite the aggravating situation, some anti-Duterte netizens managed to laugh at the posts of the bombings and mock the supposedly 'safest city in the country'. These angered the netizens especially Duterte supporters and slammed the comments saying:

"For all those who are out there saying: "Akala ko ba safe sa Davao? Bakit may sumabog na bomba?" And President's name.. EJK's was dragged all over again.. "Samantalang nung sa France at ibang bansa ay todo palit pa yung iba ng profile pic pero kapag dito sarili nating bayan tinatawanan pa?" Please for a moment people. New York was not spared from 9/11. France has not been spared from terror attacks. Turkey was also not spared. Those are rich countries with state of the art security equipment's. If that happened to them.. what more in a country like Philippines where phones are more smart than those judge-mental trolls in the comment sections of GMA, Rappler, ABS-CBN, and Inquirer?. Think. It won't hurt. It won't even kill you.
