Sen. Leila De Lima receives another tirade from President Rodrigo Duterte and this time, the President hits her personal life while mocking her for not filings a case against him when he's still the Davao City mayor.
According to an article at GMA News, in a speech at an inauguration of a power plant in Misamis Oriental, Duterte slammed what he called De Lima's "propensity for s*x."
In a speech last Thursday at an inauguration of a power plant in Misamis Oriental, Duterte called on De Lima's "propensity for s*x."
“De Lima, she was seven years chairman of Human Rights. Binibira niya ako. Hindi naman nag-file ng kaso. When she was Secretary of Justice, she was building a name at my [expense] para ma-popular. Now what? She was not only screwing her driver, she was screwing the nation. O ngayon, saan na ang human rights? Kaninong papel ang ginamit ninyo? Where were the papers?” Duterte said.
“All the while because of her propensity for s*x. Ngayon lang ako nakakita ng babaeng lumabas sa social media, nakangiti pa ang buang [crazy person] parang walang nahitabo [like nothing happened]. P— i—, kung nanay ko iyon, barilin ko,” he added.
Duterte also accused again De Lima of having an affair with her former driver Ronnie Dayan and he also alleged that Dayan was De Lima's link to the drug operations in the Bilibid prison.
De Lima did not deny the affair but she continuously denied that she is involved in the illegal operations.
In Duterte's speech, he denied links to the alleged Davao Death Squad, on which De Lima had investigated when she was chairman of the Commission on Human Rights.
Last week at a Senate hearing, self-confessed member of the death squad Edgar Matobato claimed that Duterte ordered bombings and killing when he was the mayor of Davao. This week, De Lima was ousted as the chair of the panel conducting investigations on the extrajudicial killings.
