In the Bank of Thailand, there was a 3,500 tons of gold with 99.999 purity that was deposited there. The people who signed the document dated December 22, 2014 were:

This certifies further the attached BANGKO SENTRAL NG PILIPINAS Treasury Department Circular No. 0049 in the pursuant to the BANGKO SENTRAL NG PILIPINAS Circular No. 0049 on the CONSOLIDATED RULES AND REGULATIONS ON THE PRODUCTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CURRENCY NOTE is recognized by the Government of the Philippines in the:

Name Buenaventura Albano with a total of more or less 3,500 metric tons 99.999 purity, 12.5 kg/bar which was taken out of the country and deposited at the above mentioned bank. Registered under the Ferdinand E. Marcos as the owner.
