The recent name dropping of President Duterte of over 160 government officials, policemen and lawmen who are allegedly part of the illegal drug trade caused a major wildfire all over the nation.

The names involved has started to either surrender or try to clear their name. But one of them has a different story since he wouldn't be able to do both. RTC Judge Roberto Natividad, a judge in Catbalogan City, part of Duterte's list, has been dead for 8 years now.

He was ambushed at a plaza in Catbalogan, and his gunman was acquitted after 4 years, being mistakenly accussed. The case remains unsolved.

But Judge Reynaldo Clemens, the judge who held the case, says that the ambush was not drug-related. He believes that it is connected with the judge's tough reputation, as he was known to be "Judge Bitay" back in 2008. This is why officials of Catbalogan was dumbfounded when the name of Natividad was on Duterte's list. Judge Clemens worries about Duterte's name and shame game after Natividad's name was included. He says that the list can be highly misinformed.
He also emphasized that as judges, only the Supreme Court can accuse them of such charges, and that the administration should abide with it.

This was seconded by the Human Rights saying that the administration should follow the law processes.

Meanwhile, Duterte remains unmoved by these and continues with his aggressive stance against illegal drugs.
