President Rodrigo Roa Duterte stated that the cartels from South America are indeed operating an illegal business here in the Philippines.

The Americans are much smarter and are innovative in performing illegal businesses in this country. They are much smarter than the other local syndicates in the Philippines.

And now, one of the methods in hiding illegal drugs was finally revealed.

South American drug syndicates are much smarter to the point that they've thought of hiding illegal drugs inside their tires. This is considered as one of the most advanced way to ship drugs in the borders of North America. 

Experts claim that the smell of the rubber tires are stronger than the smell of the drugs that are hidden in it, making it hard for dogs to sniff and detect the drugs in the tires.

Authorities have also said that maybe, some drug syndicates here in the Philippines are already using this kind of method to ship drugs to their customers!
