Rafael Del Col wanted to do a tribute to his late wife Tatiane Valques, so he and his three-year-old daughter Raisa recreated the couple‘s pictures together.
Tatiane died in a car crash in 2011, when Raisa wasn‘t even one year old. Tatiane was pregnant with the second child at the time. The original pictures were done in 2009, a week before the couple‘s wedding. In the recreation of the solo shot, Raisa wore the same jewelry that Tatiana used in the shoot. Even the dog is the same in both sets: Rafael had bought Raul for Tatiane when they had just started dating. The recreation was inspired by Ben Nunery, who did a similar shoot to commemorate his wife who died of cancer.

3 years after the accident, the dad and daughter duo decided to pay tribute to Tatiane by recreating the pre-wedding photos

Rafael had also started a blog about his experiences
