We know it’s tough to not go insane while waiting on hold. We’re all too familiar with those dreaded two words, “Please hold.” It’s a rigid wall. No matter how busy we are, we don’t have a say in the matter. It’s either you wait on hold or hang up. The worst part about it is the unknown. We never know how long we’ll be on hold, stuck in an awful telephone purgatory. It could range anywhere from 15 seconds to 15 minutes (sometimes it feels like it could be 15 years). Who’s to know?
