[Trending] Guy Accidentally Sends Wrong File To His Professor, Gets Even More Surprised With Professor’s Response

It’s a time-honored tradition of students everywhere – pulling an all-nighter to complete that paper that has been hanging around your neck for weeks, just before time. These days work is usually submitted online, so all that needs to be done after your caffeine-fueled nightmare is a simple attachment, and off it goes to be graded. No hungry dogs around to eat it, no printer-based dramas to fall back on.

Things can still go hilariously wrong though, as student Alex Sparrow found out to his cost. Having completed his literary essay, and in a sleep-deprived, euphoric state, he somehow contrived to attach the wrong file when submitting. He shared his story on Twitter and it has since gone viral, being retweeted almost 100,000 times. But why? What’s the big deal? You might ask.
