[Trending] Woman Texts Husband That His Visiting Mom Smells Like Cat Litter And Piss, Sends It To His Mom Instead

The mother-in-law relationship can be a difficult one at times. With some good manners, respect and friendly honesty it can be very fulfilling! Try to avoid doing what this woman did though, it can lead to eternal animosity.

Imgur user leoswife746 shared the story of what she dubbed “One of the scariest moments of my life.” The mother-in-law was over on a visit, doting over her new grandchild. Mother-in-law had been having some problems at home recently, however. “She had commented before the baby was born about how the cats were spraying everywhere and they were trying to rehome them,” leoswife explained.

Now maybe it was just a joke, which meant no harm and of course she didn’t mean to hurt anyone’s feelings, but leoswife decided to shoot off a cheeky text to her husband, explaining to him that his mother, at that particular time, carried the distinctive smell of cat litter, and piss.

Problem was, it didn’t go to husband. She sent it to mother-in-laws phone instead! Panic mode. What to do? Something like this could surely ruin a great and important relationship for a lifetime. How to correct this horrible mistake?
