The only kind of work a child should be doing is school work. Children should be free to play and learn as they go through childhood.
Sadly, that’s not the case for many children in the Philippines who are forced to work due to poverty.
On the Facebook page ‘All about the Philippines’, a young boy and his sister were caught on camera selling corn by the street side.
In the photos and video, the siblings were seen carrying around a sack of corn. They appeared to be very tired.
Despite being fatigued, the children were dutiful in their job. They appeared very polite to the person recording the video who bought a few pieces of corn from them.

As of this writing, the viral video has since garnered over 3.1M views with 13K reactions and 2,253 shares.
