There's nothing a birthday celebrant can want more than to spend his/her special day with loved ones and friends. Actress KC Concepcion didn't want to let her day pass without a celebration, that is why she and boyfriend, former Azkals captain Aly Borromeo, took a trip to Coron Island, Palawan!

Now 32 years old, KC doesn't look like she could ask for more. She already has a good career, a loving and well-off family, and a handsome lover.

KC's simple heart did not opt for a grand party, instead she preferred to have intimate quality time with the love of her life by the beach.

During their vacation, the couple were able to meet with Georgina Wilson, her baby and Cristalle Belo.

The two reportedly have been together since 2016.
