Perhaps it’s her last name that made her gain quite a following, but Barbie Imperial is actually a former ‘Pinoy Big Brother’ housemate of the 737 edition. 

However, she’s not in any way affiliated with actress Meg Imperial. 

Barbie was a 16-year-old who hails from Daraga, Albay. She has “doll-like features” and grew up in a dysfunctional family. Her family lives in a house beside the Philippine National Railways (PNR) in Albay. 

When she joined ‘PBB,’ she was nominated on the show’s seventh day, along with Bailey and Kamille. On the fourteenth day, Barbie was evicted from the show. She was the first one among the housemates to be evicted. 

Philippine Entertainment Portal revealed that Barbie was touted the “Doll Along the Riles of Legazpi” when she joined the show.

She was hounded by controversy when she was asked by then-housemate Bailey Thomas May if she had relationships in the past.

Barbie revealed that she had five ex-boyfriends, the first one being when she was in second-year high school. 

ABS-CBN Entertainment uploaded a video of Barbie that revealed more things about her that people should know about. 

Here are some of them: 

1.  She loves to wear “chill” kind of clothes

According to Barbie, she only loves to wear t-shirts, jeans, and sneakers. “Lagi lang akong gan’on, para relaxed,” she said. 

2.  She couldn’t sleep with the lights on 

Barbie revealed that she doesn’t sleep with the lights on because she feels that she would see “something” around her, so she only turns it off. 

3. Her Spotify playlist only consists of Lani 

Barbie only listens to one artist and that is Lani. According to her, “sobrang idol ko talaga siya.” 

4.  She loves make-up, but doesn’t wear them 

“I love make-up, pero hindi ako ma-make-up na tao,” she revealed. She said that she only likes seeing make-up products but that, she doesn’t like to wear them. 

5. She likes to eat spicy food 

Barbie said, “Mahilig ako sa mga pagkain na may savor, o maaanghang!”
