[Trending Now] Mocha Uson Allegedly Has Plans to Run For Senator in 2019! Read the Details Here!

In a report by tabloid news site Bandera - sex guru and former leader of the Mocha Girls Mocha Uson allegedly has plans to become a senator come 2019.

Yep, you read that right.  

These rumors come from a clear message which aired on Radyo Singko – which stated that the sex blogger-cum-propagandist has plans for a seat in the Senate. 

The lead face of the Mocha Uson Blog - which writes primarily about people’s s*x lives and posts lascivious photos and scandalous material – has plans to hold a major government position.

Naturally, the 34-year-old Mocha has the right to run for any government office she chooses and people can vote for her if they so choose. 

However, the responsibilities of a senator are completely different than that of a blogger and former Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) member. 

Mocha was appointed by the President, who she vehemently and blindly supports, as a broad member of the MTRCB back in January of this year.

Yet, just a month later Mocha was threatening to resign her position as a board member if television networks wouldn’t stop airing suggestive content.

“Kung hahayaan ko lang pong magpatuloy ang mga basurang programang ito na ipinalalabas ng mga TV network para lang kumita sila, wala na po akong silbi dyan sa MTRCB,” she was quoted in saying.

Ironic, considering she made her living off of the kind of content that she currently condemns. 

Indeed, her appointment to the MTRCB drew mixed and divided reactions from netizens. The move was made especially controversial considering that Mocha is a longtime supporter of President Rodrigo Duterte. 

Many anti-Duterte netizens have claimed that this was a blatant form of political remuneration. 

To say that Mocha Uson is a controversial figure would be a serious understatement.

Recently a Muslim woman bashed Mocha for wearing Islam’s sacred traditional dress for women – the jilbab and hijab.

There are a lot of people who are certainly more qualified and have better credentials to fill a senator’s seat than someone like Mocha Uson, however, her popularity is indeed undeniable.

Note that these rumors are based purely on speculation. Mocha hasn’t confirmed any plans of becoming a senator as of this writing.
