During the ‘00s, there were lots of shows that aired on TV. However, one of the most memorable ones was probably ‘Star Circle Quest.’ 

It was a reality-based talent competition show that featured ten “questors” who underwent talent training, physical enhancement, and different challenges to challenge their talents skills. 

It was not just Sandara Park and Hero Angeles who stood out. There was also the love team of Roxanne Guinoo and Joross Gamboa.

However, the two’s star didn’t shine as bright Roxanne left showbiz early, while Joross also dropped from the spotlight. 

Kami reported that Roxanne chose love she married a Filipino-Chinese businessman by the name of Angelo Elton Yap in 2011. 

According to the source, the couple’s marriage was controversial because Roxanne was 24-years-old, while Angelo was only 21. 

In the Philippines, it was considered a daring move because speculations could arise it could be that the bride was pregnant even before the ceremony. 

However, the two didn’t give up and tied the knot in 2011. Their relationship was such a controversy that Tim Yap, Angelo’s cousin, have even appeared on ‘The Buzz’ in order to defend his cousin.

According to Philippine Entertainment Portal, he said, "Lahat naman sa panahon ngayon, wala nang bata, wala nang matanda, basta kung nagmamahalan sila at ready na sila. Never naman tayong handa talaga sa mga bagay na ganyan, e, di ba?” 

He was referring to the early marriage of the two.
