Andi Eigenmann is one feisty woman and this has been proven time and time again by her Twitter posts.

She has been known to tweet vehemently against ex-boyfriend Jake Ejercito, who is also the father of her daughter Ellie.

Recently, the actress made noise once again when she tweeted telling statements that referenced Jake.

According to Philippine Entertainment Portal, Andi posted a series of “powerful messages about standing up for your right and being a little nobody than an evil somebody.”

After that, she reportedly posted something regarding “real justice” and being able to confront a “family w/ power and (lots of) money.”

She continued on her Twitter, “Please prove to me that these people have hearts and it isnt all abt image to them.”

On April 4, Jake Ejercito filed a petition to have joint custody over Ellie. GMA Entertainment reported that Jake’s legal counsel, Attorney Ferdinand Topacio, confirmed Jake’s action.

As expected, Andi didn’t react well to the petition.

According to Cosmopolitan Philippines, she expressed her disgust in a separate interview and said, "Parang na-alarm ako kasi, my God, ano ba 'yan! Lumalaki na si Ellie.”

The actress continued, “She's five years old and before anything else, do you really think that exposing her to this kind of limelight, to this kind of parang... ka-cheapan, will be good for her?"

Andi clarified that she only took the matter to social media because the family that she was referring to “only care[s] to take notice when it's their image at risk.”

She also posted a Tweet that referenced her sentiments on what could happen if Ellie were to lose a mother: “Mahirap mawalan ng anak, pero mahirap din mawalan ng isang ina.”

Although Jake did not file for complete custody, he still wanted to have more control over and access to his daughter Ellie.

Do you think Jake would be a good father to Ellie if the petition was to be approved? How do you feel about Andi’s sentiments?
