Kyle "Kulas" Jennerman, better known online as Becoming Filipino, has been traveling all around the Philippines and has come to love the country and its citizens so much that he says that he wants to be a Filipino, even though he believes he could never truly become one. 

48 hours after he posted pictures of Maramag Public Market, it went viral and has been viewed over a million times. 

While markets in the Philippines are usually known to be wet and dirty, there are always exceptions. One of them is the Maramag Public Market. Located in the first class municipality of Maramag, its public market is gaining the distinction of being the "Cleanest Wet Market in the Philippines."  Just to prove how clean Maramag Public Market is, Becoming Filipino comfortably lied down on the floor and pretended to sleep. 

Maramag Public Market was featured in several photos shared by TV Patrol Southern Mindanao. The photos showed how clean the market is. Aside from having wide and dry spaces for consumers to walk on, the stalls also looked well maintained and clean.

With its clean and spacious toilets, you would mistake it for a mall.

The food stalls have granite counters, and just like the rest of the public market, they are clean and spacious. Tables and chairs are provided and there are even ceiling fans for ventilation. 

Truly the Maramag Public Market is a cut above the rest.
