[Trending Now] 'Happy Heart Naman': Angel Locsin Confirms That She's Dating a Non-Showbiz Guy! Who Is He? Check This Out!

A few weeks after news (and pictures) of her new hairstyle went viral, Angel Locsin surprised fans and haters alike by confirming that she is currently dating someone new. 

That's right, readers, Angel Locsin has indeed started dating again!

Fans may remember that the Kapamilya actress broke up with Luis Manzano last year; it was reportedly one of the biggest celebrity break-ups to hit the news at the time. The whole issue got even more attention when rumors came up that fellow Kapamilya actress, Jessy Mendiola, was the reason behind the split.

Some time later, Luis and Jessy went public with their relationship, a fact that did not sit well with Angel's fans. 

But now, it looks like fans have a new reason to be happy for Angel Locsin. 

In an interview with ABS-CBN's Gretchen Fullido on Thursday, March 16, 2017, Angel Locsin confirmed what fans have been hoping for for a long time; that she is indeed seeing someone new. 

But hold up there, this doesn't mean that the actress is technically in a relationship at the moment. However, she did say that she takes dating seriously, which (we guess) probably means she doesn't want to jinx it just yet?

When Fullido asked her about the state of her heart, she happily replied with the following:

"Okay naman siya, tumitibok-tibok naman.” 

The actress then added the following:

“Lumalabas ako ngayon, yes. Lumalabas ako ngayon.” 

“Kaka-start din naman. Huwag na nating pangunahan."

"But happy heart naman.”

She also clarified that she isn't into dating multiple people at the same time to see which one is right for her. 

"Never naman akong nag-date nang sabay-sabay. Wala namang ganun."

“Pag nag-focus ako sa isang tao, yun muna and pag di naging okay, di move on.”

She also revealed that the person she is currently dating has nothing to do with Show business. 

The actress also took the interview as an opportunity to put an end to rumors that she might be doing Nino Barbers, the son of former senator Robert Barbers. 

“Never kaming nag-date ni Nino, magkaibigan kami."

“Nahiya nga ako sa kanya kasi bigla siyang naisyu sa mga tao, pero wala talaga.”

There you have it, folks. Angel Locsin is all right.
