A mother's love for her children is incomparable. They say that the deepest love anyone can ever receive is that of a mother's. So imagine a woman's pain upon seeing her beloved child fighting for his life.
On March 28, netizen Anica Velarde Espinosa posted on Facebook seeking help for her son who is currently confined at the Dr. Fe del Mundo Medical Center Foundation.
The young boy, identified as Sean Ilagan, was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, according to Rose Tuazon Calixtro.
The 10-year-old boy has been in coma for two days now.
According to Calixtro, Sean is in need of blood donors with either blood type A or A+. Although the post has already garnered more than 2,600 reactions and 3,200 shares, the boy’s family hopes that, with more shares, more donors would come forward to offer help.
Netizens expressed their sympathy for the child as they wished him well.
"Stay strong lang po para po sa anak niyo laban lang po kayo at pati po siya lalaban. Pray lang po tayo and alam ko po na hindi kayo papabayaan ni God. I will pray din po para sa inyo. Gagaling po siya just trust and believe po," commented Shane Verdadero Rebolledo.
