[Trending Now] Aljur Abrenica Owes A Large Amount Of Money From Kaye Dacer: 'Ayoko namang umabot ako sa punto na para akong namamalimos.'

In a press conference headed by several media firms, broadcast journalist and president of 8 Trimedia Broadcasting Network Kaye Dacer unintentionally revealed that Kapuso actor Aljur Abrenica still owes her money amounting to PHP 1.3 million. The debt stems from his unpaid balance for the house he bought from her in 2011. 

According to Kaye, Aljur stopped communicating with her when his family purchased her house. Aljur’s debt almost slipped her mind but she claims that she just remembered it this year.

Kaye then expressed her frustrations when Aljur refused to talk to her about the remaining balance. He reportedly cut off communication "as if nothing happened." 

She wants the actor to realize that it was his responsibility to address his debt and she does not want to end up begging for her own money. She also claims that she sold the house to Aljur for a cheaper price since his family really wanted the property.

“Ang masakit lang do’n, hindi naman yung pera, eh… yung you completely stop communicating with me as if nothing happened, di ba? Nanahimik ako, ang tagal kong nanahimik, eh. Kasi para bang… ayoko namang umabot ako sa punto na para akong namamalimos sa halagang ganu’n lang when you know very well your responsibility, di ba? Wag naman sana akong dumating don sa punto na para akong mamamalimos. Kasi the very fact na binarat na nga yung bahay, kasi P32M ko dapat ibibenta yon, eh, parang degrading na on my part, eh. In the first place, hindi ko naman isinubo sa kanila yung bahay ko kasi nu’ng nakita nila yon, nagustuhan nila yung bahay. So yon lang, parang masakit lang,” Kaye said.

Kaye continued by revealing that she paid for the necessary taxes for the house, lowering its actual price value.

“If P19M ang napagkasunduan na yon less pa yung mga transfer taxes and all, less pa yung commission na naibigay ko sa ibang tao, magkano na lang yon? Less pa yung P1.3M na hindi mo nababayaran. So, P17M na lang ba yung value ng bahay ko?” She stated in frustration.

Kaye claimed that, although she has the legal grounds to file charges against Aljur, she chose not to because she just wanted the 27-year-old actor to realize his responsibility.

“Ang sa akin lang, I want him to realize that he still owes me. Yon lang ang sa akin. Sana naman maisip niya na may responsibilidad pa siyang natakbuhan na napakatagal ng panahon. Hindi kasi ako naniningil, eh. Hindi ako naghabla. Kung tutuusin nga na gusto ko talagang maghabla, meron talaga akong grounds to do so kasi binding naman yung kontratang napirmahan namin. Actually, yung balance after the bank release ng loan niya, eh, pero hindi naman natupad ‘yon,” the journalist added to her story.

Kaye Dacer is a former ABS-CBN journalist who handled the program 'Aksyon Muna' on DZMM. She left the company to manage her own broadcasting company.
