Veteran actress Gloria Romero, recently appeared as a guest in the hit morning show, Mars, from GMA. The 83-year old actress was accompanied by her daughter and grandson. For that episode, the hosts, including former child star, Camille Prats, asked the three guests to write down some of the the things they learned in life and in show business. The point of the segment was to give the celebrity guests the chance to give advice to their fans. 

Gloria's daughter and grandson both gave good answers for their turns. 

Gloria had the following to say at first when it was time for her turn:

"Careers, minsan hindi mo gusto iyong career mo. Maghahanap ka ng iba, mas gusto mo, kailangan may pasensya ka”

But the veteran actress' answer caught the attention of netizens and fans because it didn't only contain advice. To support what she wrote down for the segment, Gloria recounted some instances from her youth. The award-winning actress talked about how she started her career in show business as an extra. 

"Nag-umpisa ako as an extra. Tatawa-tawa lang doon [at] walang dialogue", said the veteran actress
