The internet has a new international sensation after a blind Pinay singer named Katchry Jewel Golbin, a.k.a. Alienette Coldfire, took the internet by storm with her powerful voice.
The blind girl's rise to fame began after she joined 'Frace Has Got Talent' in 2016. She wowed everyone with her singing as she eventually finished third in the competition.
She has sung various songs that showcase her hair-raising and spine-chilling voice, earning her numerous praises online.
Even the Philippines' most prominent broadway star, Lea Salonga, took notice of Alienette's amazing voice. Lea showered the girl with well-deserved praises after sharing one of her Youtube video's posted on Wish 107.5.
"You have to hear this. Excellent!" Lea exclaimed.
Alienette also did a cover of 'On My Own' from the musical 'Les Miserables'. Lea herself performed the song on Broadway after landing the role of Eponine, being the very first Filipina to have ever taken the prestigious role in the process.
On her appearance on the online radio station Wish 107.5, Alienette also performed the original French version of 'I Dreamed A Dream' another song from 'Les Miserables'. Aside from that, she also sang 'I'll Be There' by the Jackson 5.
