Angel Locsin recalled her early days when she was still trying to enter the show business during her guesting at ABS CBN's Magandang Buhay hosted by Jolina Magdangal, Melai Cantiveros, and Karla Estrada. 

She related how a talent scout saw her in a grocery store and immediately approached to offer her a modeling stint. She also recounted that she actually entered Star Magic a batch younger than Heart Evangelista. 

Angel also told the story of how she attempted to look shorter when she auditioned for Gimik as John Pratt's love interest. 

But the most surprising facts is that she actually became one of Jolina's backup dancers in one of her music videos during her prime days. 

She said she was very humbled of Jolina's kindness and humility.
