Recently, an anti-age discrimination law had been implemented in the country. It seems that McDonalds is following the law as this netizen spotted an old man, obviously on his senior years, working as a service crew in the said fast food chain.
The netizen, identified as Lemuel Baltazar Estrada, posted how he admired the man for being hardworking despite his old age. The post went viral in a short span of time and goes:
"McDo Service Crew. Yung pinagkainan namin eh inayos naming mabuti at nilagay sa tray para di siya mahirapan (same kahit bata ang crew). Ayaw kasi niya magpatulong. [hashtag]KudosSalute2SGMcDo for giving them equal job opportunities. Sana lahat ng branches sa Pinas magkaroon para mas maging disiplinado and mga customers lalo na ang mga kabataan.
