Janella Salvador wowed the audience with her singing at the "Disney in Concert: Tale as Old as Time" show. The performance was repeated last Saturday night at the KIA Theater in Cubao, Quezon City.
The teen star shined as she sang Caisa Borromeo's Rapunzel songs and Anna's "For the First Time in Forever," which received rave reviews and was hailed as her best song of the entire show.
Salvador, together with original cast members Morissette, Carla Lafortez, Arman Ferrer, and Bituin Escalante, blew the roof off the place.
They sang the same set of original Disney songs, played by the ABS-CBN Philharmonic Orchestra and conducted by Maestro Gerard Salonga. Mickey Muñoz was once again in charge of stage direction.
"Disney In Concert" had its second show today at 3 pm.
Recently, Salvador was tasked to sing the theme song for Disney's “Moana” for the animated movie’s upcoming Philippine release this month.
It seems like Disney just can’t get enough of our home-grown talents!
