The civil war happening in Syria right now has got different countries  involved in a violent war involving the ISIS, Kurdish rebels, Middle Eastern countries, Russia and the US. Bombings and killings have become too frequent and the tension is rising

This also brewed long-time conflicts the two superpowers, the US and the Russia. This is the alleged reason why Russian President Vladimir Putin called on Russian officials living abroad to go home to their motherland before everything worsens. It wasn't a request, but an order. This made Mikhail Gorbachev, former Soviet leader, describe the current situation as "dangerous point" between the Russia and US. 

"This is all part of the package of measures to prepare elites to some 'big war'." said Russian political analyst Stanislav Belkovsky.

Being historical enemies, Russia and US haven't been in any solid good terms since the Cold War, but their conflict worsened after US halted the talks to Syria and accused Russia of the attacks. 

Meanwhile, reports are now investigating the role of Russia in the recent hacking of emails of Hilary Clinton's top advisory emails. This was vehemently denied by the Russian government. They also stated that they do not plan to meddle with the upcoming United States elections. 

"Of course there is a reaction. As far as Russia sees it, as Putin sees it, it is full-scale confrontation on all fronts. If you want a confrontation, you'll get one." Retired Russian Lt. Gen. Evgeny Buzhinsky stated regarding the issue. 

"But it won't be a confrontation that doesn't harm the interests of the United States. You want a confrontation, you'll get one everywhere,"he added.
