Born in opposite ways of life, daughter of renowned actor Vic Sotto and actress Dina Bonevie, Danica Sotto is happily married with husband Marc Pingris, PBA Basketball Player, who didn't share the same childhood as his wife's.

The couple celebrated their 10th Anniversary and guested on ABS-CBN's Morning show, Magandang Buhay hosted by Karla Estrada, Jolina Magdangal, and Melai Cantiveros.

In the show, the Pingris couple shared how their love story started and blossomed.

The two met at the gym and set off first as friends for over a year and slowly turned more than that.

"Sinundan ko silang dalawa sa Boracay ng mommy niya," Marc admitted on his first move to court Danica.

On the latter, Marc visited Danica's family and laid his intentions to her and soon got to know each other deeply that lead to marriage.

"Poor boy meets rich girl" is what people call this couple. In their relationship, they also got their fair share of ups and downs but the two counted their resolutions to their petty problems.

“Bago kami matulog, pinagpe-pray namin ‘yung marriage life namin,” Marc said. “Kapag naman magkaaway kami, hindi kami natutulog hangga’t hindi nagbabati, kahit madaling araw pa ‘yan.”

“Hindi kami nagbabati para lang matapos na. Kung sino man ‘yung may kasalanan, she or he has to explain why she or he did that and apologize,” Danica said. “Then kapag okay na, wala nang sumbatan in the future.”

Marc Pingris endorsed his new children's book wherein he shared his life story to inspire young kids who wants to pursue basketball.
