1. It's okay to wear underpants for 2 days but not more than that.

Its just fine to wear undergarments for two days but you should make sure that there's no trace of your excretions or you don't have any rashes, cuts, wounds or sores down there or else, you'll end up having infections. And of course, don't wear those garments for more than two days to avoid germ party in your genitals. (Eew!)
2. Cotton is not always the best cloth for you.
When it comes to breath ability and comfort, yes, cotton is the best. For most days it would just be fine to wear such underwear made of cotton but for ultimate absorption, its better to use underpants made of synthetic moisture-wicking fabric most specially if you're a hardcore athlete.

Yeah you're right! Your undies can affect the reproduction of your sperms. Use loose underpants if your want champion swimmers. Heat can affect sperm reproduction. If you're planning to procreate, stick with breezy boxers.

As long as you don't have open wounds and skin issues down there, it's fine if you're not going to wear anything underneath your clothes. If you're working out and you're wearing moisture-wicking fabric, you don't need exercising sans underwear. It's actually better than loose-fitting undies that can rub and scratch.
