Quezon City's 'Shabu Queen' Hamda Ditanongun alias 'Madam' has finally been arrested. Ditanongun is considered by authorities as a high-value target due to her drug links with the first and fourth district of QC. According to reports, the shabu being sold by Ditanongun came from the recycled drugs of 'ninja cops'.

She has previously been arrested but was quickly released, she has also once used her maid as a substitute for arrest.

"Cooperative naman siya, at nagbigay naman siya ng mga impormasyon na nagvavalidate dito sa aming mga initial na mga holdings o impormasyon sa aming mga kasamahan. Makakatulong po ito para tuloy tuloy ang aming mga isinasagawang intelligence activities," S/Supt. Guillermo Eleazar said.

Eleazar also revealed how Ditanongun was able to associate with the cops almost three years ago. 

Furthermore, Eleazar also revealed the connections of Ditanongun with former police authority Senior Inspector Ramon Castillo.

"Base po mismo sa salaysay ni Madam, ito pong si senior inspector Castillo ay isa po sa mga regular na nagbibigay sa kanya ng mga illegal drugs na nakukumpiska niya sa mga operasyon. Nagkaroon na din doon ng ibang mga association sa mga pulis."
